Art Cibrian, Lead Vocals/Rhythm Guitar

Art began his career singing as a teen in church competitions in talent contests.  As age 18, he started playing Bluegrass.  A decade later he was approached by Chuck Mabe to front the band "Stage Cru".  By the late 90's, Art moved to New Jersey where he put together 2 bands "Shore Country" (an all country band) and the original "One Eyed Jacks" (a classic rock band).  With Y2K, Art returned to Maryland and met up with Terry Bostic and Jackie Pennington and fronted for the band "Street Survivors" (a southern rock band) for the next 10 years.

Turning full circle, he and Chuck Mabe reunited in 2012 as the new "One Eyed Jacks".

Punk Kelley is originally from the Mount Vernon area of Washington D.C.  He has been playing guitar and building guitars for almost 40 years.  In high school, he was in a band named "Troy" and from there he has been in several other bands over the past 20 years.  He has played in venues up and down the east coast.  His influences include Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix.  He is a tone junky and currently plays a Vox AC15 for clean and a Marshall DSL 100 for solos and includes analog delay pedals in his signal chain for the best tone.
